 Ryu
was a beautiful puppy with those beautiful striking features, and
that gorgeous typey head. He
has had a successful show career both in Canada and the United
States and awaits his final AKC major.
His first win was at his first show in Longview, WA. where he
received Best of Winners from the 6-9 month puppy class. Ryu
finished his Canadian Championship at 14 months of age.
Some of his awards include multiple Best Puppy in Breed and
Group wins, and Best in Sweeps award.
In
the states, he has earned Best Puppy, Best Bred By Exhibitor with a
Group placement, numerous Best of Winner awards, including BOW a 3
point major at 16 months! He also received Best Senior in Sweeps at the Akita
Club of Puget Sound (ACPS) Specialty 2001. He has multiple Best of
Breed awards and Reserves to Majors.
